§ 1. General Provisions

- The provisions of these Regulations shall apply to Participants taking part in
the Online Academic Job Fair, hereinafter referred to as the Event or the Fair. - The Fair is organized by the Manus Foundation with its seat at 61 Grunwaldzka Street in Wroclaw, hereafter referred to as the Organizer.
- The event takes place online, on the platform akademickietargipracy.pl

§ 2. Terms and conditions of the Participant’s participation in the Academic Job Fair
- .
- Participation in the Online Fair is understood as registration on the portal akademickietargipracy.pl which enables the participant to join virtual rooms of the employers participating in the Academic Job Fair Online and the accompanying events (webinars) which are part of the Academic Job Fair Online.
- Participation in the event is tantamount to acceptance by the Participant of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Participant acknowledges that in case of non-compliance with the Regulations he/she will be denied access to the platform enabling participation in the fair.

§3 Duties and rights of the Organizer

- The Organizer provides Participants with free participation in the Event on the akademickietargipracy.pl platform
- Organizer may conduct and publish statistics about the Event
- The Event may be terminated earlier if circumstances arise for which the Organizer is not responsible, e.g. technical problems. In such a situation the participant will not make any claims against the organizer or co-organizer.

§ 4. Duties and Rights of the Participant

- Participants of the Event may be all persons interested in the Event.
- Participants are required to comply with generally applicable laws and regulations and abide by these Rules and Regulations, in particular those relating to cyber security.

- Participants are required to use the platform in a manner designed for this purpose,
in particular, it is prohibited to cause disruption or jam the presenters. - Participants are obliged to participate in the Fair in a manner that does not lead to hindering or disrupting the conduct of the Event and not to undertake any actions that are inconsistent with the provisions of generally applicable law or common decency, or that violate the personal interests of other Participants, the Organizer or employers.
- The Event Participant is obliged to unconditionally obey the instructions of the Organizer or persons authorized by the Organizer.
- In order to join the Organizer’s virtual room, as well as individual stands of virtual employers, the Participant is obliged to provide all the required data, in accordance with the information on the event registration form.
- Participant undertakes to use true, i.e. consistent with the factual and legal status of the data, including personal data.

§ 5. Personal Data Protection

The participant has the right to the protection of personal data in accordance with the Privacy and Cookies Policy of the “Academic Job Fair” Portal used by the Manus Foundation. §7 Final Provisions

- Actual matters not regulated in these Rules and Regulations for the Event or other accompanying Events shall be governed by the laws generally applicable in the Republic of Poland, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code.
- Information about the Academic Job Fair Online is provided by the Organisers and co-organisers of the event via media listed on the website akademickietargipracy.pl/ or via the email address atp@manus.pl.
- The Regulations shall enter into force on the day the Regulations are made available on the Academic Job Fair Online website and shall remain in force until the official end of the event by the Organizer.
